  • Important: Contacts from your device are ONLY uploaded when you explicitly tap “Import X Contacts” after selecting specific contacts. We never automatically upload your contacts.

User Content

  • Voice recordings for contact creation
  • Photos and images you upload
  • QR codes you generate
  • Profile customizations and themes

  • Device type, operating system, and version
  • Unique device identifiers

Contact Data Upload and Security

We take your contact data privacy seriously:

  • Explicit Consent Required: Contacts are ONLY uploaded to our servers when you explicitly tap the “Import X Contacts” button after selecting specific contacts to import.
  • User-Initiated Only: We never automatically access or upload your device contacts. You must manually select and confirm each import action.
  • Secure Transmission: All contact data is encrypted during transmission using HTTPS/TLS protocols.
  • Encrypted Storage: Contact data is encrypted at rest in our secure database infrastructure (SOC 2 Type II compliant).
  • Your Control: You can delete any imported contacts at any time through the app.
  • No Third-Party Sharing: Your contact data is never shared with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Content Moderation and Safety

Content Screening

To maintain a safe and professional environment, we may:

  • Image Analysis: Profile photos and uploaded media may be scanned for policy violations before being made public
  • Text Filtering: We may monitor text content for prohibited keywords related to adult services, illegal activities, or harmful content

User Reporting System

We empower our community to help maintain safety:

  • Report Functionality: Every profile, contact, and piece of content can be flagged for review
  • Anonymous Reporting: Reports can be submitted anonymously to protect reporter identity
  • Report Categories: Users can specify the type of violation (adult content, harassment, spam, etc.)
  • Follow-up: We notify reporters when action has been taken on their reports

Data Used for Safety

To protect our users, we may collect and analyze:

  • Content flagged by users
  • Patterns of behavior that indicate policy violations
  • Account creation patterns to prevent ban evasion
  • Device identifiers when necessary to block repeat offenders

Data Retention

  • Contact data: Until you delete it or close your account
  • Usage analytics: 24 months
  • Business card images: 90 days after processing

After Account Deletion

When you delete your account, we permanently remove most of your data. However, we retain:

  • Email address: To prevent re-registration and fraud (industry-standard practice)
  • Billing records: As required by law for tax and accounting purposes
  • Basic audit log: For security and legal compliance

Your Rights and Choices

Access and Portability

You can access your information through the Service and export your contacts at any time.

Update and Correction

You can update your profile and contact information directly in the Service.

Deletion

You can delete your account directly in the app:

  • In-App Deletion: Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Delete Account
  • What Gets Deleted: All personal contacts, profiles, notes, media files, follow-ups, AI usage history, email campaigns, and analytics data
  • Subscription Handling: Active subscriptions are automatically cancelled with no future charges

Communication Preferences

You can opt out of marketing communications through the Service settings or by clicking unsubscribe in any marketing email.

Location Services

You can disable location services in your device settings. Some features may be limited without location access.

Camera and Photos

You can revoke camera and photo access in your device settings. This will disable QR scanning and business card capture features.

International Data Transfers

We are based in Canada and may process information in Canada and other countries where our service providers operate. If you are accessing the Service from outside Canada, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in Canada or other countries.

Children’s Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information.

Additional Youth Protection Measures:

  • We employ enhanced content filtering to protect minors from adult content
  • Age verification may be required for certain features
  • We cooperate with law enforcement regarding child safety issues
  • Suspected child exploitation material is immediately reported to authorities
